JAPAN NOW ("the App") is operated by Bronxville K.K. (株式会社Bronxville, business name: NEXERA LABS). By using the App or purchasing Travel AI+ you agree to these terms.
The service
The free plan includes the AI concierge (daily limit), maps, safety alerts and deals. Travel AI+ unlocks unlimited concierge use and premium features for the duration of your plan. Safety and earthquake information is provided for convenience and is not a substitute for official instructions from Japanese authorities.
Plans, payment and renewal
- Trip Pass — US$9.99, one payment, 14 days of access from purchase. Does not renew.
- Monthly — US$7.99 per month, renews automatically until cancelled.
- Yearly — US$39.99 per year, renews automatically until cancelled.
Payment is taken by card at checkout, processed by Stripe. Access is granted immediately after payment. Prices are in US dollars; your card issuer may apply conversion fees. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the receipt email or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Because access is delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable once the plan is active, except where required by law or if the service was unavailable due to our fault.
Accounts and acceptable use
Purchases are tied to the email you sign in with. Do not resell access, abuse the concierge, or use the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bronxville K.K. is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated recommendations or third-party deals and links.
